Installation and Training

Installation and configuration of the Service Manager application and the training of all relevant staff on the Service Manager application is a once off payment. The Service Manager application does not make use of a training manual and therefore will not include formal training material. 

The Complete Installation process includes:

  • Business analysis of site to configure the system
  • Installation and configuration of server and all relevant software on server
  • Configuration of service manager software for dealership
  • Configuration of desktops to connect to the server
  • User training 
  • Dealership hand holding until dealership signs project off

Monthly Rental

The monthly rental premium for the use of the Service Manager application is payable monthly in advance on or before the last day of the month. 

The Rental includes:

  • Server and Operating System to run the Service Manager application
  • Ongoing onsite product refresher training of the Service Manager.
  • Monthly site visits and audits of the use of the application
  • Development updates and enhancements to the Service Manager.
  • Software support and maintenance both telephonic and onsite of the Service Manager
